On January 1st 2024, WingsOfRedemption's Wife Kelly would receive a gastric sleeve surgery (Weight Loss) which costed 28,000 Dollars. When the surgery was finished, Kelly posted a picture of her sleeve gastrectomy on her Facebook with the caption "I started the new year and my forties wanting to take control of my health. With so many health issues I realized I was fighting a losing battle on my own and got the gastric sleeve even though it made me feel like a quitter."

After the surgery, Kelly was bedridden for around 3 days, and was then rushed to the emergency room on January 8th. Two days later on January 10th, Kelly was released from the hospital and is doing well according to Wings.
