Fernando Garcia Govea, known commonly as Dr Garcia, is a Mexican bariatric surgeon at Tijuana Bariatric Center. He is most known for being the surgeon of one Jordie Jordan.
Sinaloa Conspiracy
Some claim the surgery failed because Dr Garcia was an operative of the Sinaloa Cartel and only cut Wings open to store drugs in his stomach, to be smuggled into the United States. Others say the surgey failed because Wings lacks basic willpower. We may never know the truth.
